Description

Adding new creativity and magic when it comes to dream pillows, this one is filled with tumbled quartz and tourmaline, herbs of mugwort, mulberry leaves and berries, orange blossoms, witch hazel leaves, damask rose petals, heather blossoms, hollyhock flower, clary sage and wonderful moss. The fabric is a shade of cream in Tussar silk.

The embroidery on top has tiny sequins sewn in here and there giving the fabric an almost undetectable twinkle. The backside is the same fabric. Tussar silk fabric is extra special. Unlike how most silk is created, the silkworms are raised in the wild. The cocoons are not collected until after the moth emerges from its cocoon and is flying free. Because Tussar silk is handwoven, the fabric will naturally have some irregularities which aren’t imperfections in the weave. Pillow is filled with buckwheat hulls and edged in glass beads.

A beautiful three-dimensional moth embroidered in silk is sewn onto the top of the pillow, which holds an exquisitely clear double terminated quartz. Two natural blue flash moonstone crescent moons embellish the moth wings. If you like working with crystals, I think you will love working with this dream pillow. The crystal the moth holds can easily be slid out to work with, and then tucked back in before you go to sleep.
