SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING** ( Most Items – 48 States )
Orders shipped to continental US are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping Insurance is included. All orders are insured for their value.
Items usually ship within two business days. You can expect delivery within 10 – 14 business days. Some items require SPECIAL SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES due to the item’s size, shape and/or length. These Special Charges will be noted in the item description.
**FREE SHIPPING applies to the continental 48 states only.
Orders from Alaska and Hawaii must e-mail for shipping charge quote.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments will be filed with the postal service. Please save any packaging if a claim is filed.
RETURNS
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within ten (10) days of receipt for a refund, less a 15% RE-STOCKING CHARGE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
No refunds without a “Return Authorization”. Please call or e-mail for an authorization number.
Return party must pay all shipping charges.
All sales final on sale items, commissioned works and special orders.
